Keyboarding Quarter 4 (Period 2)

Course Description

 During this quarter long class, we will be using EDUtyping.com to learn the touch-typing technique. Students will spend the first half of the quarter emphasizing accuracy. During the second half of the quarter, speed and accuracy create their combined grade. It is our goal that students all reach 25WPM by the end of the semester. 
 
WPM Grade equivalent:
25 WPM + A
20 WPM B
15 WPM C
10 WPM and below D
 
The last day of the week is planned for re-dos, catching up, and enrichment every week.

Keyboarding

This week was the first week both accuracy and speed shaped student grades. Also, anyone who earned a score less than 80% on their written terms test will retake the test on 9/19.
