The "America - The Story of Us" - Civil War - DVD WS Quiz is scheduled for this Thursday.  The worksheet with answers is attached.  

The  Ch.15 Test, including Ch.14.2, is scheduled for this Thursday.  The review will be on Wednesday.  The study guide is attached.  The students received the guide last week.  They need to look at the 5 Packets, Reading Checks and the textbook.

This is just a reminder that the project, the tri-fold poster, is due this coming Tuesday, 2 April.  We have discussed the project every day.  The students were shown examples and I have answered numerous questions.  :)  I look forward to seeing all their hard work!  The posters will be on display all day Thurday and until VOICES on Friday.  You are more than welcome to stop by and visit Patton's Hall of Presidents!  I have ask several people to walk through and list their top 10 choices.  

We just finished "John Brown's War" in class.  The students need to study and become comfortable with the information shared with them through the video and worksheet.  We corrected and discussed the workheet while watching the video. The worksheet, with answers, is attached.  The Quiz is scheduled for Wednesday, 3 April.

The Ch.13 Review is scheduled for Tuesday, 26 February.  The Test will be the next day, Wednesday.  I am attaching a review sheet for the test.  I will hand out a hard copy to the students tomorrow.  They need to review the 3-page Packets, the Reading Checks and the textbook.  The will have everything, except the Ch.13.4 Reading Check, tomorrow.  I was not in school today so I have not had a chance to grade and correct them.  They will get it back first thing on Monday.
