Happy Sunday,
I hope everyone has had a great weekend.
It's been pretty busy around here!  I've been working on updating grades, but have a HUGE stack of papers to grade, so I ask for your patience.  I've updated the grades that are scored via the my.hrw.com web assignments, 8.EE.7, 11 Pretest, and 11 Are You Ready.  The rest will take time.
Students should have a 50 term vocabulary sheet they will have had for a month.  This assignment is due 2-28-2020.  They've had time in class at various points to work on this assignment and we will continue to add to it as the Geometry Unit progresses.
There will be a Geometry Quiz on Friday, it will cover the angle measures, angle relationships, and the parallel lines cut by a transversal.  Assignments 1-4, 1-5, 1-5B, and 11.1.
Students will receive a "Parallel City Project" this week, it will be due next Friday, March 6th.  Look for it on Wednesday!
Please see attached file for notes and the tentative week at a glance.
Please email me if you have any questions or concerns,

Greetings,
I hope everyone has a great weekend!
I am sharing the Week At a Glance and some information for this week.
7th and 8th grade classes will be taking a Module Quiz this week, with 7th grade taking a Unit test as well.  I am working on updating Skyward, and anticipate having it updated midweek (materials turned in by 9-21-19, I won't have access to anything they turn in this week until I return).  I ask for your patience as I will be driving to the VA in Aurora CO Sunday to help my father.
I will be out of the building 9-23 through 9-27-2019, students will have a substitute for the week. Please encourage them to be respectful to the sub, and to complete their study guides and reviews.  If students fret over the Quiz/Test I recommend they visit Tutoring with Mrs. Anderson after school in room 201, 3-3:30.
She is a certified math teacher and would love to help them.
Thank you for your patience and understanding.
Respectfully,
