On the PLTW website, go to the "How Big Was That Fish" lesson and complete numbers 27-41. Record answers and drawings in your notebook.  Show to Mrs. Elder at the end of the hour.  We will take a quiz later in the week over dimensioning, surface area and volume.  

Log onto website with new username & password.  Skim through lessons already finished (1.1 and 1.2).  Read lesson 1.3 and watch video on how to use dial caliper.  We will begin measuring with dial caliper tomorrow.  

Catch up day for those who have recently joined the class and those who were absent.  Be sure multi-view sketch is complete.  

Design your own 3-D model with cubes and draw a multiview sketch.  Trade with a neighbor and attempt to build their model using their sketch as your only guide.
