ELA 8 Literature and Writing

ELA 8 has 46 State Standards that will be taught. There will be a lot of crossover between the literature and writing courses as we journey through our year. Literature will include the Collections lit book, Johnny Tremain (Aug-Sept), and The Outsiders (May). Writing includes narratives, informational, expository, and argument/persuasive topics.
